“the first day of spring is one thing,
and the first spring day is another.” henry van dyke
oh how true! i am waiting with bated breath for that first spring day!
we have had a very cold and very quiet week
i think it was minus 13 yesterday....minus too much!
you can imagine what a delight it was to see the first robins!
i believe they are the true harbingers of spring!
can farm equipment be beautiful? i think so!
oh la la...the repetition of lines, the graceful curves, the gentle swirls
can farm equipment be beautiful? i think so!
oh la la...the repetition of lines, the graceful curves, the gentle swirls
i love how they look a little carefree and organic
charming!
i so love the rust too!
i have just learned that today is #thankafarmerthursday! how sweet!
this news came from olive who you must visit!
olive is a wonderful gal who writes so beautifully about food adventures in our area.
she does a lovely job of honouring food artisans and local farmers who share her passion for excellence in food.
i love her genuine interest in supporting these businesses.
warm farm hugs,
laura
